Download Masked Aadhaar
Following the steps below will allow you to download a Aadhaar that is hidden.
- Step 1: Go to the official UIDAI website: myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in
- Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the option ” Aadhaar ” under ” ” My Aadhaar ” section.
- Step 3:A window will open where you can choose Aadhaar Card from three options. These are Aadhaar number, Enrolment Number and Virtual ID Number. We need the Aadhaar masked card.
- Step 4:Enter the Aadhaar and captcha information and then click the send OTP button.
- Click on this option to obtain a mask Aadhaar.
- Step 6:Enter the OTP you received via your mobile number, and then click Verify and Download.
- Step 8: Download your masked Aadhaar.
- Step 8 A confirmation message will be displayed on your screen after successful verification. This confirms that the Masked Aadhaar Card is now ready to download.
- This file will be downloaded to the default location on your device.
- If desired, you can save the file in a new location.
- Step 9 To access your Masked Aadhaar, you will need to locate the PDF downloaded on your device. A password prompt appears when you open the PDF file.
- Enter your password. It is a combination consisting of the four first letters (as they appear on your Aadhaar) written in capital letters followed by the year of your birth (ex. RAHUL1990).
- Click “Open” after you’ve entered your password to see and use the Masked Aadhaar Card.

DigiLocker App Alternative Download Method
DigiLocker also allows you to download your Aadhaar masked data.
- App Download: You can download and install DigiLocker on your phone.
- Sign-in: Sign-in using your Aadhaar, mobile number or username.
- Documents issued: Click on ” Documents Issued” to go the section.
- Download masked Aadhaar : Find your masked Aadhaar, and then click “Save” in order to download it.
